'A Pause'
Two people are sitting by a lake. They came by bicycles and sat to catch a breath. I quickly captured the mood and the depth of the moment. It immediately came to me that the grey day and them from the back might appear somewhat too serious for my taste, especially with those deep shadows. And I was right. :)
This is an example of an almost completely monochromatic image. The exception is shirts, which are, more or less, drowned in the overall green. The atmosphere is moody, with strong, thick black shapes. The strong contrast is visible between the milky sky and dark areas. It strenghtens the drama. The mood is anything but happy. These people appear lost and tired with the big dark mass above their heads together with deep shadows suggest nothing good. However, it is up to you to interpret who are they, where are they going and what are they thinking.
I usually don't create such seriously moody images, but there you have it. In art, you know, all rules have exceptions. :)

We see how people get rest. The picture looks more grim. Nevertheless, each decides how to see this picture - a sad or "a moment of rest" and nothing more. Such photographs show individual moments of life and allow us to look at different situations from the side. I like that you give the reader a chance to decide what they are doing and what the "heroes" of this picture think about. Your work allows you to reflect. you know what you captured the moment perfectly, i don't think they know that you are capturing them, and that is why the perfection you got in the click is extraordinary. people come to these places when nothing is going in their way, life is taking exams, places like these gives you peace, It keeps you away from the tension of daily life, you forget about the tensions. Look at this couple, i don't who they are, they are just friends or maybe they are husband and wife, They come here to spend some quality time together at this peaceful place. what I like the most they have come here on bicycles, and we know that bicycles are well known as an exercising tool. sitting near the river is also extra peaceful <3 Thank you @velimir for sharing this wonderful relaxing image with us.

It seems to me a very quiet place, with some brightness and color it would look spectacular. I visualize it imagining the blue of the sky, the light green of the tree and grass and the clear and crystal clear water, I think it would be wonderful. Beautiful photography, as always, @velimir.

Tienes razón @velimir esas , personas se ven tristes y pensativas no parece estar disfrutando del lugar. Creo que es por lo oscuro del lugar a pesar de que se ve el agua del lago o laguna bonita pero la sombra que da el árbol lo hace ver como muy turbio y triste, es mi forma de verlo.
