A taste of whats to come
A kingdom thy made done
Gold in the streets of what
One calls to be heaven.

Heaven. A step above,
A light in the darkness,
A peace in hell all around

Is this what is to be?

The eyes may open,
But the soul may be closed.

The Heart may feel,
But the Brain may be reasoned.

The fingers may touch,
But the nerves may be cold.

Is this the way to be?

Men are to be made,
And women are to be delivered.

But - Heaven may ever yet be,
A step above.

But what if it was in your soul?

Tho, the step may be sideways,
Or it may be back.

Perhaps you've been in heaven all along!

Where.

Or perhaps you've been in Hell.

Will they make this true?

Or will the child of destruction
Take their moment will you?

The mind may be the home of all
But the heart speaks of those affairs.

And the eyes, are the Cathedral of Men.
