WHEN someone smiles friendly to you, what is your reaction? Most likely you reply. And you may feel happier. Yes, a sincere smile, whether from a friend or an unknown person can be contagious, and make us happy. A sincere smile shows a good heart condition, like pleasure, likes, and happy.
You can make yourself happy even in a state of hurt, you can make yourself always smile even though your heart is being hurt. Be someone who always shows happiness and always spreads a smile.
Although the smile does not change the situation but your smile proves that your soul is strong. because not everyone can look happy when he was injured and not everyone can smile when hurt.
The smile will make you feel stronger to stay in a state of hurt. Without you realize that smile will make you have strength and give a little happiness.
LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL
Life is beautiful if we fill it with beauty . There are many things we can fill in this life. There are many fun activities we can do. Enjoy this life, because we live only once. Fill with the things that matter in life. Life is a gift so enjoy.
So honor this life. And realize that life is beautiful. Do not make it difficult. If you are in trouble, try to turn your mind into a beautiful mind. To make life that hard to be beautiful is just a matter of distracting the mind. Improve positive thoughts. Positive thinking will make your life more beautiful.

@tjoet yes...you are right smile is beautiful and it is one of the best medicine among everything. If we have smile on face our receptors and hormones gets in active in a positive way and having pleasant sensation and it keeps us happy and positive. If it will act in reverse direction then we can understand the reason of depression, strees, anxiety and negativity.
