Fun and creative. I like it. =) More than anything, let's separate the flag itself from a simple downvote or even dislike of the content itself! :/

Yes! Dan has already said they're working on this fortunately and Busy.org doesn't display a flag, but has replaced it with a thumbs down that doesn't hide posts or comments. =)
That's good... we'll definately need a bit more friendly environment if we want to attract more people to the platform.
