Sketching My Older Cousin's Baby Picture... :)

It's my cousin's birthday tomorrow, so I had to draw today. :) I planned to make anime versions of both his younger and older self, but I wanted to try sketching... so I did.





Of course, it's not good, but I'll make an anime colored version later as well... It's the thought and effort that count, right? I hope my cousin will like it even if it's not really good. Also, I tend to draw fast... I don't know why... so I finished this in less than an hour.. xD

Above is the reference photo I took from his Instagram. :) It's already edited, so I can't really see the details that much, so I tried to re-imagine it as much as possible. I'm going to show some steps below, but it's actually kind of incomplete as I my phone battery died and I had to charge it, so I only took the finished artwork directly after a few steps.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. :)











The steps end here... Sorry. Anyway, I used a sketch paper and 2b mechanical pencil as well as a cotton swab. :) Beyond this point are the pictures of the finished artwork. (^_^)











And there you have it... :) After posting this, I'll work on the recent picture of my cousin. I guess, I'd have to make it it anime or manga style... :) I hope he likes it. Of course, I'll be sharing it here as well. :) Thanks a lot. See you around! ^^
