Art Happens

You know what happens when you haven't drawn in close to 30 years and you have to sketch something on the fly to demonstrate a technique to your child for his art project? If you have friends like mine, you end up with a brand spanking new sketch pad and watercolor pencils, and instructions to "just sketch, dammit!"

So, I did. Another friend said, "considering your education and practice, that's pretty dang good. You have something there; nurture it, if you can." I don't know..what do you think?
