Can you fly like a bird?

 The birds in this painting choose to flock together, but they are also free to fly. I'm watching the birds from my window as I write this, wouldn't it be wonderful to fly like a bird? Maybe that is what I am trying to achieve as an artist, to rise and soar above, to gain a different viewpoint. What about you? 

 The words on the painting are taken from the book The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran.
He was a Lebanese-born author, artist, poet and philosopher. It's a beautiful piece of writing and holds a lot of warmth and happiness for me.
