When Lisa has a knee-jerk reaction she and the interrogation team learn she's an android, to the surprise and pain of all three of them. At the same time the automatic alarm goes off.

If you're wondering why I used the "photography" tag here, it's because I believe there's an imbalance between photographers and other image makers on Steemit.
Photographers use both of the 2 highest-ranking tags available for artists ("photography" and "art"), while I should technically only use 1 of them.
To further imbalance things, photographers greatly outnumber other artists here. No disrespect, I used to be a photographer, but now it just doesn't excite me like it used to. :)

I keep loving the story. And your artwork is great.
I see other great artists here and I don't think the problem is so much that there are more photographers but that artists like yourself haven't come up with tags that all of you could use.
I'd suggest artwork and a secondary tag like or drawing, painting, sculpture, carving ... and so on.
If every artist started using artwork, you all would be trending near the photography tag.
Anyway, keep up with the good work!
Thanks! hm, I tried "artwork" just now, but the system just reads it as "art" and "work" it seems.
yeah there should be a tag like "artnophotos" or something... :)
now if someone wants to search for drawings and paintings all they get is about 20% drawings and paintings, and 70% snapshots... the rest is articles on crypto. That means that when I use the art tag I'm less likely to be noticed by my ideal target audience. :)
Actually there seems to be a need for a very specific tag like "only your own drawings or paintings" because some people post other famous artists' famous works - this might be ok, but imo does not belong in a search next to original works made by Steemians. :)

Plus, much of your art style in this comic is photo-realistic. Looks way better than a staged photo shoot. The last post, I couldn't believe the quality of detail going into the lines making the shape of the faces and expressions was from imagination alone. They look like real people.
