Painting around Florence

“Your paintings are so realistic, it's hard to tell a joke about them, or say something funny. But after looking at your listings, I have some comments about your comments. You do very well describing a purpose, or giving the viewer a reason to look. Nice descriptions that say more about you than the paintings. You paint a lot into them, or read a lot into them. Contrast is a good issue.
Regarding "Ponte Vecchio", I do like the reds showing up. It also looks to me like everyone is "crossing the lines" and just going their own way without regard to anyone else, lost in their own thoughts, on their way to somewhere else. Maybe pathways to...? or are we really going to...? or ...forgot the bike, or… river byways. Maybe that's a key... "just passing through." Veils of the city; veils of time.”
