Chia is one of my favorite ingredients for smoothies! Add hemp seed, date, and sprouted nuts and/or seeds, and one of the following: a) cacao, carob, and vanilla; b) tumeric and ginger, and maybe spices such as cinnamon or vanilla; or c) berries and fruit. Awesome nutritious yumminess!
