Solar Art Blog - Designers #1: Album Art
Album art creates a unique opportunity for designers, to illustrate visually a collection of art (an album made up of several songs) which in it's nature is non visual. Below is the work of three really fantastic artists who have each developed their own unique style. I hope that these examples will encourage you to explore each artists website as they all have a very strong body of work.
Note: This is the first in a series of curated art posts aimed at building up the art community on steemit.
In these posts I offer up each artist's fair share of SBD from the post as incentive for joining steemit, and as royalties for featuring their work. See more info on this at the bottom of the page.

About the Solar Art Blog series:
I believe that steem is a revolutionary, censorship resistant, middleman eliminating , no-master platform which has the potential to bring artists and content creators of all types closer to their communities. For it to thrive we must explore ways to create a critical mass on the network. The Solar Art Blog aims to grow the art community on steemit so that we can realize its vast potential.
Note: All artists in this post have been contacted and encouraged to get a steem account, with a short explanation about steem and the ideals for what it could become. Each artist will receive 1/3rd of the SBD (since this post has 3 artists) when I receive their account info.
If you are an artist featured on this page and somehow missed my e-mail, post in the comments with proof, I will add your username in the links, and transfer you your share of the SBD generated by this post.
More posts to come:
Nice - followed! Pretty into some of the glitch artists that you've recommended - would definitely love to see them here, even better if they're going to "open-source" their works. Would love to learn their approach to their artstyle.
I think you've created a pretty good format as an art blog series for reader experience..
Thanks. I had an art blog on tumblr focusing on visual art for several years, always strived to feature the artists themselves as best i could, rather than just go for the quick reblogs.
Although steemit is really setup more for text based blog posts, i hope to find a format that works well on here.
Definitely compiling a list of possible improvements. Steemit beta is really about an MVP with least possible exploits etc. Oh well, I'll be super thrilled if Lief Podhajsky comes on board :)
