In festive mood due to the holiday season, I would like to present to you my clay sculpture "The Singer". She is part of a series of musicians that I have sculpted and will make follow up posts in the near future.
She looks very typical for a Greek singer; our artists like to make impressive appearances mostly glamorous, rather than pop or casual.
The sculpture is handmade out of white clay and is around 40cm or 16 inches high. It has been baked at 1200 degrees Celcious.
