"The Call" Watercolor Painting + memories from a tin box
I saw a story on instagram of @ralufornow and got inspired to paint it, this is just a study, she's beautiful but you can't really appreciate it here because I wanted to focus on the phone booth.
When I was painting this I tried to remember if these kind of phone booths are specific to England or not. Googled and immediately found it of course was the origin, and something else: a memory strike me. A picture of a tin box took me back in time and that's when I remembered, I had the exact same box. It's made by Churchill's and it was used as packaging for candies. Now I only want to travel to UK just to try those candies hahaha.
