Video Series - Drawing Exercises #1 - Contour drawing
Hello my artful friends,
We decided to upload this video series that was once part of a paid online course, now to Dtube for all of you to check out.
The series is about getting into the creative flow and getting over your creative block.
Every video introduces a fun and easy exercise to warm up and improve your technique over time.
The first exercise is called contour drawing. It challenges us to view and simplify clusters of objects by drawing only the common outline. we learn to see the big picture and not get distracted by the details.
As motif we simply use whats in front of us - our workspace - and fill a whole journal page with it.
