Sunflower remains stay towards east direction at sunrise,towards west direction at sunset and it follows the sun eventually throughout the sun with its moving path.

Planting Sunflower is so simple because it does not require much care except watering it in regular basis and it easily grows throughout the winter and spring in our country.

But in the cold countries this plant grows throughout the year except in severe winter season.
