Rainy day
Good morning to everyone! Here it's another rainy day, the sky is grey and full of clouds and the leaves are falling down. Everything make me think about the Autumn.
While I was drinking my coffee I sketched this fast scene:
I have to say that I like the Autumn, not just for the beautiful shades of colors, but also because it's the right season to search my favorite edible mushrooms ^_^ Yesterday my mom said me that she and my dad found some edible porcini (Boletus family) in the forest, so I'll go in the forest with my parents in the next days and I'm very happy for this. It's a nice way to stay with them, to walk in the forest and to eat something really good!^_^

Despite autumn and rain, it is such a delicate illustration, and the way she is protecting small creature from rain is just mmmm :) Love that detail

How funny is that, we are inspired by a rainy day as artist, because everything can be inspiration, n'est ce pas ? I was also inspired by rainy day today...LoL....rain makes me think to snails or frogs (there is a child song that says that when it's raining this is the frogs feast..^^) I wrote and draw about snail today..oh, I remember you wrote me they eat all your basil ;-)

I also love Autumn! I think it's all the colours and the cosiness of getting wrapped up and warm inside.... and being able to drink hot chocolate!
