PXLPET - MarbleCards Edition is a game that allows players to collect and sell many different types of tiny pixel animals. Each PXLPET is unique and owned by the user who successfully caught it through the mechanics of MarbleCards. Interested? So let me explain in more detail.
What are MarbleCards?
MarbleCards are non-fungible tokens built on the Ethereum blockchain. It’s a platform for creating and trading unique cards based on URLs. Every web page can only be marbled once and by one person only. Once a card is created, that URL is claimed forever.
At the moment there is a manageable selection of websites which can be marbled. One of them is DeviantArt.com - a website where artists can upload their digital artworks. That's the place where all the PXLPETs live.
How to Play
PXLPETs live in a land which is called PXLPXL. It's pretty cool over there! Each PXLPET is unique, therefore rare and just waiting to be friends with you. You can become the owner of these cuties by catching them through the mechanics of MarbleCards.
All you have to do is to check if new PXLPETs appeared in PXLPXL. Okay, it doesn't look that much like an idyllic land over there but what if you just imagine that it looks something like that? ;)
It costs around 0,011 ETH (1,46$ atm) to marble a card. Once you marble an URL you initiate an auction. While this auction is running anyone can buy it. If you wait around 11 hours and no one buys it during that time its yours! Congratulation you are a proud PXLPET owner! If you don't like it anymore just sell it on OpenSea! :D
The STARTER EDITION contains 25 PXLPETs. I already marbled 3 of them. You can still buy them HERE!
