It's Hip to be Square [Original Artwork]
Dear geometrics,
French avant-garde painter and poet Francis Picabia once said: “Our heads are round so our thoughts can change direction.”
But what happens, when the rectangular world, that surrounds us, affects our perception and begins to control our thinking?
I like your expressionist drawings, and I like that you quote Picabia - one of my odd favourites.
Thank you! Besides expressionism, I really love surrealism, cubism and dadaism. So Picabia: Yeah!
Yes, I thought of and like all of them too. It was a very turbulent, but time but very frugal for the arts.
A great concept my friend.
Thank you my fellow art companion :-)
P.S.: Is it on purpose, that you don't have a profile pic or just a glitch in the matrix?
I think it is a glitch- I've noticed a few people without them ( i just thought they were being minimalist cool)
Ah, there you are again :-) Really like yours.
Hahah... ta daaa! Magic!
