We will make Surfyogi an official African, paint his face do some tribal fire dances, have him listen to some stories from some elders, and take some Ibogaine, with the Bwiti tribe in mali, lol and then at the end of his voyage he will become a real African, and they will even paint his face dark with paints to make him even look black Lol he will get an official certificate from 12 different regional Kings and once he has sent away for the paperwork and has paid all the fees he can apply for his Official African Certification and become a real African :D After he pays the second round of fees of course, he must get the certificate stamped by a special bureaucrat and he only is in his office 1 day a week for 1 hour, and then he has to get permission from his boss who is in another town, and only shows up once every two weeks, but not this month because of religious holidays, but to see him you must cross a toll bridge and this bridge requires that you pay a special fee and have a stamp from a government official, but ONCE @surfyogi gets his stamp and signature to cross the bridge to get permission to get the stamp on his document to send away for the fees to pay the document fees to get his license THEN he can become an official African :D
Or he can just pay a bribe, I hear its much faster
