Shadows redraw
Hey again
A year and a half ago i drew this drawing, which i was very proud of and have been using as a profile pic on here and instagram for quite a while. so today i decided to do a redraw of it, to see if i had made any progressand here is the result of it. i'm actually happy about it. I feel like the proportions are better and the lines are more sharp.
You are getting a better grip, the handle on your talent is growing stronger
(please excuse my sense of humour, I love playing on double-meanings - and I noticed how you changed the knife handle and improved the hand).
I presume you have watched all the Studio Ghibli movies? I though of it when I read of how you watched manga movies as a 5 year old.
damn I'm so late didn't see the message until now XD anyhow i did watch a lot of the ghibli movies as little (still do) especially "My neighbour Totoro" my parents did show me a lot of anime series as little as well though, like for example Pretear, escaflowne, The record of lodoss war and One piece. also i love the word play XD word plays and puns are the best

I kinda feel like there's a bit of a progression in her expression of the course of the two pics.
First, she seems scared.
Second she seems trapped.
Do you think in the third she might embrace her darkness?
