This is a gif I created with the edible (and delicious!) flower daisy.
Dies ist ein Gif, das ich mit einem essbaren (und leckeren!) Gänseblümchen gemacht habe.
The daisy is quite healthy. It contains saponins, flavonoids, tannins, essential oils and bittering agents and can be used against respiratory problems, digestive problems and for blood purification.
How to eat them? Just collect the flowers and put them in a salad or make a tea out of them. So easy, delicious and healthy.
Das Gänseblümchen ist sehr gesund. Es enthält Saponine, Flavonoide, Tannine, ätherische Öle und Bitterstoffe und kann gegen Atemwegserkrankungen, Verdauungsprobleme und zur Blutreinigung eingesetzt werden.
Wie kann man sie essen? Einfach die Blüten sammeln und in einen Salat geben oder einen Tee draus brühen. So einfach, lecker und gesund.
