Maybe you should have put a cylinder with the frames on it inside the teeth on a bicycle wheel and had a way of spinning that from outside? XD Though watching people running around this thing was probably much funnier XD
It's a pretty cool idea :D
That probably would have worked better but I never do things the easy way.
