This museum only exhibits UGLY ART, because there are things so ugly that they can not be ignored
In Boston (USA), there is the Museum Of Bad Art, or MOBA. What you find are pictures that are ugly and badly made.
Curious, isn't?
The idea came when Scott Wilson, an antique dealer, found a painting in the trash. The painting was "Lucy In The Field With Flowers," and Scott thought that some art pieces are too ugly to ignore, when he decided to make a museum just to honor those disasters.
Today, the MOBA has 600 pieces distributed in 3 galleries. And it's not easy to get into the collection. The process is highly selective, as they don't want you to pretend a bad work of art, failure must be authentic :)
