Metaphor for the 21st century
Sometimes everything is a metaphor for the twenty-first century, but not today. Today nothing is anything at all. Except a curbside baby doll, rescued and repurposed, raised like Christ to the sky on a forest of black pins. Artificial future, human machine, plastic intelligence. Don't look too hard at all this.
