Drawing Digimon in Digital

I share this illustration in Digital of "Motimon" of the Digimon series

I took this reference image but I made some color improvements to the character trying not to change its shape

The digitalization I do it through the Corel Draw program I have the x12 version that is very old, but like what I use are basic tools that are in all the versions of this program

Firstly, with the Beizer tool, I trace the silhouette of the character from node to node (this is done in an irregular way and then it is adapted). Then with the Curve Tool I'm giving the correct shape of the silhouette

I select the Fill color tool to give the tone of the character, I used the tone of Rose to then look for the combination of this key in the CMYK format. With the Ellipse Tool I make two circles to form the eyes

To give the brightness of the eyes use powerclip in the circle introducing a lighter circle and a white ellipse for the brightness

With the tool Beizer we draw a line with two nodes and we curve to form the lips

In the same way with the beizer and the curves we give shapes to the claws in the hands of the character

With the beizer we draw separating lines in the hands and the bottom (which are not legs, I do not know what it is) to give the separation effect and we have our digimon ready

To finalize if you want that way you can Export in jpg, png format or in the one of your preference.
