Drawing Athena from Saint Seiya

This drawing that compared them is of Saori Kido or Athena in Saint Seiya or The Knights of the Zodiac
The work was focused on the metallic effect of the armor and on the features of the character
Step 1
With a golden color once defined the lines with ink I emphasize the edge of what is the armor, the color has a metallic style that helps to give the depth in the joints of the armor, for the hair I put purple, blue and pink to give the tone as close to the original as I do not have that tonality in my crayons
Step 2
Here I begin to give depth with the colors ocher and yellow to give the appearance of the shine of the metal in the parts of the armor. Also in the details of the armor there is purple and pink emulating its metallic property in those parts
Step 3
It intensifies the dark ones with gold and black to deepen the effects of the armor and draws the eyes with ink to give details of the eyelashes. To finish I give a layer of yellow to the entire armor and on the edge I use the gold to simulate the brightness of the cosmos of this character
This drawing is from one of my favorite series. That's why I enjoyed doing it. Until my next publication
