Heinrich Kley: Drawings
My friend @paolobeneforti posted some of his wonderful drawings that reminded me of my favorite illustrator, Heinrich Kley. Kley was born in Germany in 1863 and died on the day I was born in 1945 (I was sad to learn). His art had a profound effect on the illustrators at Disney and greatly influenced the classic Fantasia. Here are a few of my favorites beginning with the one I love most.

This is what is so great about Steemit - you get to find out about things you previously knew nothing about. I had never heard of Heinrich Kley or seen his work before. Very nightmare inducing! Thanks for the education @richq11.
He has some really bizarre stuff. If you google him and go to images there's quite a collection. And you're very welcome!
