Steemit Dolphin
Riding The Digital Waves
I am creating drawings of Steemit ecosystem, so this isn't the first time I've drawn or painted a dolphin. I've always loved to draw the denizens of our water worlds. Dolphins are one of my favorites, they are group oriented animals, intelligent, and they like humans. They work the best as a group and represent the middle class in Steemits ecosystem. As we all know a strong middle class is what makes a strong, healthy, free ecosystem.
The next drawing I will be working on is a portrait of one of the lesser characters on the Game of Thrones TV series, Beric Dondarrion. The guy can't be killed and I am really curious what part he is going to play in the last season.

Wow! You are a really talented drawer! I like the changes of the colours in the 1st pic, from blue to green!
With colored pencils one can layer color and mix to bring out a totally different color, it's really fun!

@denmarkguy, I saw the digital trading cards, they are so cool. Hope you jump in soon ....hahaha ;-) I made this picture to celebrate my one year birthday on steemit and figured I might as well draw all the beings here, not just minnows and whales but some of the others I am not going to name yet, because I haven't exactly figured out what they are.

I really like the realistic look of the dolphin and also the aquatic colors (blended blues and greens) you picked for the Steem logo.

Dolphins and many sea mammals have a lovely shape that is easy to shadow. Thank you @sumatranate!

I try and imagine I am what I am painting, feel the water sliding over my skin, the reflections, the taste of the sea water as I bend and twist through the waves of water pressure.

Very nice! And I really like that you made it to dolphin status purely by working and contributing, without being an investor or trader. That's impressive.
I had some very kind whales and curie help me, at the time I did not know what a whale was....lololol, I might of been a bit nicer to them, as I can be outspoken when I think things are unfair...

You can use this for wallpaper, I am thinking of getting this printed on a t-shirt as well.
Perfect red i will use it in a jpg format ;), the idea of print it is great i think you can creat your brand using the paintings of your posts
