The feeling I got when my attention separated from attaching to body/mind sensations and settled with equanimity was a hahaha moment that I'll never forget, it's my key to the clock my little girl is trapped in. At death I'll use that key to escape time and space...making that blasted owl a friend so it'll give me the key has been difficult. I can't want or hate the key or the owl will flee from my desires!
