I really like the idea of artist/art content guild of sorts on Steemit... to serve both as a way to spread more awareness of artists' work, but perhaps to also serve as "community engagement" challenge.

There is a LOT of great art being shown on Steemit... and so much talent here. Perhaps an Art Guild could eventually expand to where it has "daily challenges" for everyone to be part of... for example, like @kalemandra's photography "color challenge" except we could have a different form of creativity challenge for each day of the week... each with its own tag, and also a new "primary tag" to designate anything the guild undertakes.

I agree with much of @arthuradamson's great comment... and especially that it may be time to try something new. Art is a difficult field these days, so collaboration makes more and more sense. Steemit is already a pretty progressive idea... and based loosely on a "giving economy" so maybe we can translate that to a core idea centered around giving to help each other.
