How many hours go into such a detailed work?
Once I tried to count it by putting marks on the back. But halfway I forgot to mark.
Most times I work on 5 or more paintings simultaneously, because of the layers need to dry in between. And then I never paint 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. Sometimes 2 days of 10 hours, sometimes 2 weeks no paint at all. Maybe 40 hours straight? But that can be 100% wrong ... 20 ... 80?
I even don't dare to do an estimation.
