Phoenix artwalk- from 9/1/17

in #art7 years ago (edited)

In spite of being tired; combined with my feet feeling like their about to fall off, I decided to go along with some friends to catch the Phoenix art walk. It's been awhile since I had been, and in spite of the heat, I also wanted to just get out of the house.

There were more street vendors, and performers than anything else, so seeing any actual "art" was a bit of a let down. However there's always a museum that seems to deliver some really interesting art, and other unique items-

In my honest assessment, while I like and enjoy the Phoenix art walk, I really wish to see more actual art, and art galleries. Ive been to the art walk in L.A, and this one really pales in comparison. I'll still go however, for the experiences.

Also, some really really cool plants* Love the pitcher plants.

Ended it all with one final ride on the party bus!

That sounds like a great night out!

It was! My feet may have been begging for their last mercy, but it was definitely worth it. I'd definitely recommend to all who live in the phoenix area.
