New Painting - Lost Souls

Lost Souls tw.jpg

8x10" Acrylic on canvas. 150 CAD.

So, from yesterday, here's the wild other world I was seeing in the acrylic pour runoff. My favourite parts are mostly the tiny drop faces at the top right area.

Today I have another experiment on the table. With stencils and airbrushing. It's going to take some careful cutting, but I have a feeling it'll look pretty cool, over other pours. We'll have to wait and see in tomorrow's post!

I got to work on a couple other things yesterday, too, but only peripherally, so I think I'll wait a couple days before I show off where those pieces are at.

A bunch of little chores are between me and work today, but it's going to be a productive one. Better get to it!

a perfect drawing. I will follow you

This is awsome first painting I've seen in a long time that I want to hang on my wall

Thanks @encryptionbanker. That's nice to hear! :)

how you draw that little detail in a small canvas! You're perfect.

Aww, that's sweet! Thanks, @artizm. I have teeny tiny brushes for just such work. You're perfect too. :)

...like a myth from Greek Mythology.. Perfect 🎨

Thanks, @artandcraft. :)
I was thinking a bit about Odin's all-seeing eye. There's a lot of overlap and cross-over in mythology, eh? :)

That's true @rachelsvparry, most of myths are derived from one another. And i love them (:

I've started to visit drawing classes. Easels are evil, why is it so hard to draw a straight line???

Lol! Easels can be! If your canvas keeps falling off, you can secure it down usually with a clamp.

Straight lines ARE hard! That's why I use a straight edge, or sometimes a strip of tape. :D
