Assimilation - For the Whisper Gallery by @mrblinddraw

Hey all! I've had one week to work on this, and I've managed to finish a couple days before the due date. This piece is part of a gallery called 'Whisper', based on the game 'Chinese Whispers', AKA 'Broken Telephone'. Every week, a new artist takes charge, creating a piece inspired by the previous week. Evidently, this was my week.

My inspiration: After looking long and hard into @coloringiship's beautiful piece, I saw much more than just a gorgeous arrangement of flowers and gems, I saw an organic integration of things we hold dear. The foliage turned into the leaves of the great grape vine, and the gems transformed into both the fruit, and the heart of the machine. Both vines and wires alike curve around, becoming one great organism. In my mind, the paragon of man does not escape its mother, but learns instead to work as one.
