Hello everyone, hello my dear friends!
Today I want to show how to draw poppies with watercolors.
It's quite simple and you can paint this picture with children.
For work we need a pencil and watercolors.
On a sheet of thick paper we draw the lines of future poppies.
Next comes the work with the background.
First, we moisten the background with clean water and let the color spots on wet paper. Carefully bypass the outline of flowers and buds.
Below the figure we add grass. These are colored stripes. From the lightest green to the darkest brown. If your sheet is wet and the paint is spreading - too good, it will give an interesting effect to your weed.
Now go to the flowers. Draw flower petals. They are large and often overlap. The color of the petals is made from light pink to dark red, add orange and yellow spots, for a brighter color of the flower.
When we painted the petals, then we moisten the middle of the flower and add there the black paint and the green center.
Add a white highlight. And the details on the background - more grass in the distance, buds, parts of the leaves.
