This is an advisory quote from a nutritionist back in the 1960s, and i think it should be look into.
Skipping breakfast is a common norm around the world, a major factor for this is the need to beat the always heavy traffics and get to our workplace on time, unfortunately we skip breakfast and fail to "fuel" the body with the nutrients to kick start the days activities.
Researches has shown that people that skip breakfast will eat more at lunch, infact 4.9% more by 12pm, 7.4% more by 1pm, repeat this routine daily and you start to bulk up the fats.
Having breakfast is a good way to start the day, we get to feed the brain and body with the glucose and nutrients needed in order to perform effectively during the days activities, it's like fuelling a car.
Nutritionists have advise to take breakfast within two (2) hours of waking up, researchers further claimed if these nutrients are missed at breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day meals.
Another reason why we skip breakfast, some believe you lose weight by skipping breakfast, well! Maybe it is true or maybe not, because there are conflicting claim to it, but remember that whatever you think you lose by skipping your breakfast, you gonna gain back and more by eating 4.9% more food at lunch.
But one thing is certain, you deprive your body that nutrient needed to start the day.
Healthy eating is key to your dream body posture/shape.
