The first page of my new comics

The whole story will be 6 pages (a short story again, yes, I'm still testing my skills as a comics author).

This is just the first page - not even finished. Any suggestion?

The story is about how Police and public security don't like at all "irregular" people, even when they are really pacific. ;)
