[Inktober] An Apple for the Shinigami

Day 23 of Inktober and I'm back to making fanarts~For today's prompt Juicy, we'll need a bit of backstory I suppose- but no spoilers.... hmmmm..

The character is L from Deathnote. I drew him with his trademark panda eyes and black hair + white shirt-- except he seems to have nabbed an apple. Said apple is the beloved food of the Shinigami (translated- Death God), Ryuk. Further details of this anime/ manga, you're on your own in researching. Ryuk called apples - juicy, hence this prompt entry.

Also, I am aware of the Netflix movie, but trust me to look at the anime/ manga-- otherwise my version of L will mismatch the L in that movie~

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
