A very interesting piece like all of the work of yours I've seen. A simple jumping off point, the butterfly on the model's hand, lands with this beautiful work. For some reason I am reminded of the Hierophant tarot card.
Thank you very much:) The Hierophant.. mmm. I am familiar with the card and also made an artwork based on the symbolism. i think it is more about manly ideas and roles, but maybe the monarch butterflies could be taken as a symbol of status.
