I hear what you mean... I don't think it's an intelligence thing so much as being able to traverse a maze of settings, passwords, etc etc until there's success. I guess if EOS are this hard to get, it must be darn near impossible to hack them XD

I'll admit it is not a 2 minutes job to transfer them back to your myeitherwallet wallet. I always forget and then have to look it up again.
Buy EOS from the ICO was a good couple-of-hours job. And the whole time I was unsure if I'd done it right.
Wow... I seem to remember the buying process to be fairly smooth, although totally inefficient. It's reclaiming them that's the hard part... :-/
I know crypto's still young, but there's very little thought put into user experience it seems...
