Screen Printing Without Film and Afdruk - Screen Printing Simple Jersey Number

Hello guys !
Come back with me , today i will share about  simple manual screen printing without film and afdruk . In addition to simple and practical way also saves ink .
            

            

Tool Set:
1. Screen 60T or 90T size 25 x 35 cm
2. Rakel (abrasive paste / paint cloth)
3. Pasta (fabric paints)
4. dyes / pigments
5. paperboard
6. knife Kater
7. table or piece of plywood 60 x 40 (for media printing)

Ways of working
        

 Design number back then print and cut using a cutter as shown below 

                   

                   
                  put on the clothes that will be in the stencil
                   

                   then replace it with a screen

                

after proper and fit (so that its results are not skewed) put the paint on the top of the screen, fortunately we can use this way saving the paint because we just use a little paint


             


               

 after completion of printing are suggested soon to wash the screen so that the screen is not plug and broken below its way





slowly off the paper attached to the screen and then wash and rinse until clean screen
