Physically, a lost ancient city, located somewhere in the depths of Himalayas and connected to Hollow Earth. Spiritually, a higher goal, a level of attainment that fulfills the esoteric quest of an individual and allows ascension. A popular theme in occult circles, it is used in many teachings with various names. In the french RPG Nephlim, it represents the state which the player characters seek, similar to attaining Nirvana.
