This is Zen, a maiko living in a Geisha House. She's getting the house ready for a party tonight. She carefully lights the lanterns leading up the path to the house.
I used Microsoft Paint to make the picture and chose the ink fill for the background color and the oil brush tools in different sizes to draw the rest. Below is the breakdown.
