Landscape - Chinese Painting
A way to heaven...
Enjoy with me your wonders, and I hope you like this painting that I give you today.
I will explain step by step the realization of this painting.
The first step is to organize all the materials to be used, to work in a calm and orderly environment. That will be reflected at the end of the work.
The materials I used are:
White cardboard.
Brushes of different sizes.
Black and green Chinese ink.
Paperweight.
Personal stamps.
I made the pine on the left and the big rock as its base.
With green Chinese ink I painted the pine branches.
I made mountains in the distance.
I painted trees and some foliage on the top of some mountains.
I made the poem "A WAY TO HEAVEN" with my signature and personal stamps.
In Chinese Culture the mountains represents the place where the great erudites went to meditate until they found enlightenment. It also represents strength and stability in the I Ching. As the I Ching says: May your attitude be like the immortality of the mountain and your flexible and lucid mind like that of the erudite who lives in it.
Thank you for your time and for enjoying with me my passion ... Chinese Painting.
Regards,
Joan Martínez.
