Painting 'Bam'

Hi Everyone!

I really want to start things off with a bang but in the meantime here is a painting I completed last year entitled 'Bam' acrylic on board, 36 by 48 inches. I find I dance when I paint everything is spontaneous and in the moment wild, raw and visceral. I am a very expressive painter who has been obsessed with painting for years. I have an extensive background in art history mainly modern art and some minor formal studio training in painting specifically. I am working on an introduction for my first real Steem posting but I just couldn't help myself in sharing something today.
