Blue Mountain Climbers | New Drip Painting by Nathan J Taylor + Poetry
Imperial midst the lesser heights,
and, like
Some mighty unimpassioned mind, companionless
And cold. The storms of Heaven
may beat in wrath
Against it, but it stands in unpolluted
Grandeur still;
and from the rolling mists upheaves
Its tower of pride e’en purer than before.
The wintry showers and
white-winged tempests leave
Their frozen tributes on its brow, and it
Doth make of them an everlasting crown.
Thus doth it, day by day and age by age,
Defy each stroke of time:
still rising highest
Into Heaven!

Really amazing.. i just posted one of my sketches.. you can check them out .. and give me your artistic opinion
This is incredible - I love how up close you really lose sense of the "climbers" but as you look further away the figures are really apparent! This is really cool - great work & glad you shared :)
That's a cool one, man! Though all your drip paintings are pretty dope, haha. Love the background colors you chose for it, it's funny how much that makes a difference on the vibe of the painting. This one is pretty relaxing/chill to look at, though I remember one you did with a lot of red/orange and it was really intense feeling and kinda gave me a creeping horror kind of vibe if I had to describe it. Can't remember when you posted it, but that one was definitely one of my all time favorites that you posted. But, yeah, keep up the good work, man!
Thanks! @deadspace
