Draw on Blockchain : Teach and learn
There is an old though that when you teach others you will learn too. Yes, telling new colleague about the animation method in the company and I do a little revise of an old work too. And discover some disadvantages of old method and I am going to learn something new. May be at this stage can't use the new method to work very efficiently, but there will be a great improvement of working.
教學相長，在告訴新同事一些沿用的手法，自己也檢討了一下，最近嚴重覺得以往的方法有很沒效率的地方。所以在學新軟體。然而現在還沒有很得心應手。。。但我相信這可以令我畫得更有效率，更不受局限。

Oh, never tried that! Are you drawing each and every next step there or there are some transitions and you have to draw only key frames?
I draw all xD Basically everyone in company (small company xD) is able to do a whole short animation, only separated by types like 2D 3D xDD
