Seven fish

in #art10 years ago (edited)

In the Ocean there were seven fish. The first fish was the smallest, the second was a little bigger, and the third was a little bigger than the second, and so on up to the Seventh Fish. One day the second fish was very hungry so it ate the first fish. After a time the third fish was very hungry so it ate the second fish. It went on until the seven fish was alone in the water with no one left to sport with it. Except water, there was nothing for It to eat.  that Huge Fish felt very hungry and very lonely, being alone all the time with no one to play with. Life had no zest, the Big Fish could no longer control Its appetite, It ate Itself. No fish were left in the Ocean, but the Ocean was as It was.

For those who are hungry and thirsty, who attack and devour, there is an end — that end is the Ocean.
The Ocean has no hunger and no thirst, and no fish.
It is as It was, perpetual, constant.

whatever morality you find to this story it is yours, for me they all become the Ocean.

PS: why the reference to fish on steemit: while the name is more of the fire element? somebody know?

Because Steemit is the "Ocean" and we're the school of fish firing it up!! lol nice post @nadversion56

well ok, lol. We could have go with galaxies, planets and stars which are self luminous and participate to the universe...

Yea I would've liked something like that too. TBH
