Final Fantasy Fanart: Dissidia version

Hello steemies, how is your day?

I'm doing well and today I would like to showcase my fanart of two FF characters. I drew Shantotto from FF XI and Y'Shtola from XIV, but with their heights switched. Admittedly, I haven't played either XI or XIV, but those two interest me. I would say I became interested in them when the Dissidia FF NT trailer came out, but I think it's their character designs and personalities that set the tone.

On the other hand, when I was finished drawing these two mages, I had a quick idea for the background. I utilized the symbol of flowers for the both of these two. Shantotto is represented by irises for her wisdom that belies her haughty nature. For Y'Shtola, I drew a Varied Tulip which symbolizes "beautiful eyes". Even though the Miqu'ote race in FFXIV is the typical anime-pandering catgirl/boy race, you can't deny that Y'Shtola's eyes displays a bestial, yet beautiful countenance. Also, just by a glance, I can tell that those eyes has a "focusing" gaze, which gives me the impression that Y'Shtola can get seriously fixated on what she wants.

Well anyway, now that I've said my piece, I would like to hear your opinion and/or constructive criticism on my work. Finally, I can't wait for the the Dissidia NT!!! :D What's even more fortuitous for me is that I'm getting the first Dissidia PSP game. YAAAY!!! In conclusion, I'll continue to draw more FF characters and improve on my art. Have a good day everyone.
