It Felt Like a Kiss by Adam Curtis is a Masterpiece

It Felt Like a Kiss (2009) purports to tell the story of how America set out to change the world in the 1960s. It stars, amongst others, Doris Day, Saddam Hussein and everyone above level seven in the CIA. It is a music video to the best 60s tracks you’ve ever heard and a history lesson that Alice might have invented as she fell down the rabbit hole.

Adam Curtis is a treasure when it comes to documentary films with a very unique style. I highly suggest you check out his other works but IFLAK is also a fine place to start. It doesn't get much better than this one for conspiratorial documentary lovers and being 7 years old now it still has a strong message about the world we find ourselves in today.
